Free Tech Support for Your Nonprofit Fundraisers
If your nonprofit is hosting a fundraiser that requires laptops for event check-in, auction management, or paddle raise checkout, OLS would love to help. We provide laptops, printers, and all necessary cabling—and our technicians will arrive before your event to set everything up, test connections, and ensure your check-in and checkout stations are ready. We remain on-site throughout the event to troubleshoot any issues, then pack up and return the equipment afterward.
We’re proud to offer this service at no cost to local nonprofits, with the following guidelines:
- Your organization must be a registered 501(c)(3).
- Events must be located in the Portland/Vancouver metro area.
- We support one event per month.
- We require at least 45 days’ advance notice.
Availability is limited, and we reserve the right to
accept or decline requests based on resources
required and team availability.
